Father, I will not perish because of a lack of knowledge. My delight is in the law of the Lord, and on Your law I meditate day and night. I accept Your words…turn my ear to wisdom…apply my heart to understand…call out for insight and understanding. I look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure. Then I will understand the fear of the Lord and find knowledge of God. In the name of Jesus, I choose Your instruction instead of silver, and knowledge rather than choice gold. Amen.
