My Lord, I acknowledge that you are the Good Shepherd of my soul, and I am the sheep of your pasture. When I hear your voice, I come to you because you call my name and you lead me out. You walk ahead of me; and I follow you because I recognize your voice. I will not follow a stranger but will run from him, for I don’t recognize his voice.
