Father, I ask You to forgive me for the sin of _____. You are faithful to forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Thank You for remitting my sin. Help me to believe and receive my forgiveness for past and present sins. Now I ask You for the grace to forgive myself. I confess Jesus as my Lord and believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead, and I am Your child. Amen.
