As our pastor said on Sunday, here we are ankle-deep in the year 2014! We got places to go and prayers to pray…let’s get started!
Word Ministries Global Company of Intercessors is embarking on a Prayer Journey that will take us around the world. In the Spirit of Prayer we will go to “far-away places with strange sounding names” and those places that are near with familiar sounding names.
The mission of Word Ministries is to unite the Body of Christ in the prayer of agreement…Matthew 18:19.
The Plan is:
1.We will send a Written Prayer for the nation/s of the day to your email address.
2.We will post the prayer on Word Ministries Facebook page and Twitter
3.You will pray the one paragraph prayer, aloud if possible, so the words we are praying ascends to the Father as a symphony of praise, worship and intercession.

An example of a written prayer for Venezuela:
“Father-God we unite in prayer with the church in Venezuela. My spirit cries out for the people of this nation; I pray that the Light of the Gospel will drive away the darkness, and they will know the Way, the Truth and the Life! So many obstacles, but we who have answered the call to pray know that all things are possible with You, and that the fervent prayers of the righteous avails much. There is a millennium of resistance to the Gospel, but Your goodness calls mankind to repentance. Lord, You are good and Your love toward Venezuela endures forever. Today, we pray with and for the Church in this nation, thanking You for the faithful ministers who are equipping and training indigenous pastors, evangelists, teachers, doctors to reach their nation for Christ. The foundation has been laid, and we pray that those who come after will take care how they build upon it. For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. In His name we pray.”
