Handling Accounts Payable
Father, I pray concerning our accounts payable.
I thank You, Lord, first of all, for giving us wisdom in what we buy and how we buy it.
Thank You, Father, that we are budget-driven, that we are sensitive to the even flow of cash through this organization. Thank You that we do not purchase anything we do not need or cannot pay for.
Thank You that You guide us in all our decisions regarding purchases, that You cause us to ask ourselves questions such as “Is this something that we have to have? Is it something that the organization needs to be successful? If so, is this the time to make this purchase?”
Thank You, Lord, that we are able to make all purchases with full confidence that we are doing the right things and that we will have the funds necessary to pay for them in accordance with our purchase agreement.
Thank You that every bill we owe is paid on time, and that we have a good credit rating and a reputation for honesty and integrity with our creditors.
In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
