Prayers for Overcoming Fear of Coronavirus

Overnight our lives changed. An unseen virus is attacking America. There is a mad dash to grocery stores to purchase paper products—ok—toilet tissue! Surely, this can’t be true!

The atmosphere is filled with a spirit of fear that is spreading across America and around the world. I turn on the television and realize the media is fueling the fear! Darkness appears to be settling down over our nation, and I recognize the real enemy of the people: FEAR. It’s a gleeful, demonic fear moving across the land.

This is my “BUT GOD” moment! The Lord has need of His Church, and we are here for such a time as this. We are His people! God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind! (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV). Come with me, and together we will speak into the atmosphere prayers that will stop and still the enemy.

Pray for your family and friends. This is our opportunity to develop and grow in love. Share these prayers, write notes, makes phone calls. Perfect love cast out fear.

God’s Word is forever settled in heaven. And now is the time to forever settle His Word on earth.
