Father, here I am again feeling anxious. Yet, I totally trust You to rescue me one more time so that I can see once again how good You are. Here’ what I’ve learned through it all: I will not give up; I will not be impatient; I am entwined as one with You, my Lord and God. Therefore, I choose to be brave and courageous and never lose hope. Yes. I choose to keep on waiting—for You will never disappoint me!
LORD, I bow down before Your divine presence and bring You my deepest worship as I experience Your tender love and Your living truth. For the promises of Your Word and fame of Your name have been magnified about all else! At the very moment I called out to You, You answered me! You strengthened me deep within my soul and breathed fresh courage into me. By Your mighty power I can walk through any devastation, and You will keep me alive, reviving me. Your power set me free from fear and anxiety.
You keep every promise You have ever made to me! Since Your love for me is constant and endless, I ask You, LORD, to finish every good thing that You have begun in me. I trust You to perfect everything which concerns me! (Ps. 138:8 AMPC). You have said, “I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let you down, relax My hold on you! Assuredly not! (Heb. 13:5 AMPC). No, You will not in any way fail me nor give me up nor leave me without support. You will not in any degree let me down or relax Your hold on me! You’re always with me, ready to help, so I can be fearless no matter what!
I’ve got my chin up! My head is held high, dear God, because I’m looking to You!
