I asked for prayer for employment back in mid September, and at the beginning of October, God opened a door for me to work as a substitute teacher. I thank you for your prayers because I know and believe that the effectual fervent prayers of the righteous availeth much. God Bless.

God used Prayers That Avail Much, to teach me how to pray His Word into a horrible situation where my daughter was living with a man in an severely abusive relationship. God gave me a gift of faith by using this book to pray my daughter out of hell. It took 2 years of praying, and my daughter suffered under her burden of sin. I had to love her enough, with God’s love not mine, to allow her to suffer consequences, while never shaming her. Fast forward 5 years now-she is still free of that man, free of shame, guilt, debt, depression, oppression, and she is so blessed in EVERY area of life. The blessing is flowing down freely-all restrictions are moved out of the way. Her first blessing was a middle management job with an immediate $8000 raise, and now she is going into senior management. God’s Word will not return void-it works! I thank my Father in heaven! I was so worried about my test results. I tested Negative for Anemia, (I have had anemia for the last 8 years and now it’s gone), HIV, and STDs, I tested positive for antibodies for Herpes – which means the virus is dormant in my body for the last 6-12 months. My next prayer is for it to remain dormant for the rest of my life and leave my body in the name of Jesus. I reached out prayers.org community for a prayer regarding what is going on in my life and prayed to God believing he would answer my prayers. I have a couple more tests to do. I believe all things are possible and God does answer prayers….. God Bless you for being available at all times for prayer……

I asked for prayer for my relationship with my mother in law, she was always getting in my husband’s business. Well God sent a man into my mother in law’s life, that she knew 30 years ago in her life, his wife had passed. So they started going to church together. Now my mother in law is so happy. Her eyes light up like a christmas tree. All I can say Thank you Jesus. Thank you all for your prayers. What Mighty God we serve. God is Awesome.

For a long time I have been asking God to send someone to be my spiritual mentor. Someone who was nurturing and could listen and understand my ongoing battle with anxiety attacks without being judgmental. I was in church and the holy spirit told me to talk to this woman. The next Sunday I hesitated and didn’t talk, but this Sunday I did and not only was she fully understanding of my situation but gave me many references in ways I can begin strengthening my walk and using the word to fight my fears!! Praise God!”

I submitted a request for promotion back in July or August. Not soon after I received a raise/promotion from the company. God is awesome.

I truly want to thank this ministry for praying for me. I am definitely beginning to feel God”s healing touch, and am seeing tremendous progress in my walk with Him, and also wanted to mention my weight is coming down fast since I sent in a request for my weight problem I’ve been struggling with for over half my life. I would like to request that you all keep praying for me since some of these problems won’ t be resolved over night, but through God’s spirit and grace, I believe I can get completely well again as it was in the days of my youth.

I sent in a prayer request two days ago for our CEO of our Credit Union to receive peace and satisfaction for our new conversion that’s currently taking place. When I walked into work this morning I heard him say with great expectation in his voice that we may be ok. That was a totally different spirit from before I asked for prayer. Thank you so much:-)”

I wish to share the great thing the Lord has done in my life. My husband, Alex, is having his own truck which he ply on National Permit. Few days back he brought material from one city to be delivered in another part of the country. In hiw way back home, his truck met with an accident due to which the material was held-up and could not be delivered to the party on account of the legal formalities to be completed for the accident he met ( of course there was not fault of his and the man dashed his truck’s rear wheel ). After completing all the formalities, he come to our native place and wanted to deliver the material in his truck but some how or the other one problem of the other cropped-up and the delay in delivering the material to the party started taking place and it was nearly 12 days that the material could not be delivered. Transporters asked us to pay an amount of Rs.8000.00 to 10000.00 to empty the material. We had only Rs.5000.00 with us. Both me and my husband were in panic on account of the above as we would have to pay the demurrage on account of the delay and our financial condition is very very weak and could not bear the financial burden upon us. We were very very upset, Each day we prayed to the Lord and would get up in the morning with a hope that the material would be delivered but Satan played a great role in bringing hinderances in our way to prevent the material to be delivered. Many of the Lay-people prayed for us and we kept on praying to the Lord. Yesterday, the Lord had pity upon us.
My husband, with great faith upon the Lord, spoke to the broker who gave us the material to be delivered and lo, the Lord wiped away our tears and where people were asking for Rs.8000.00 or Rs.10000.00 for delivering the material, The broker was ready to deliver the material to the party for only Rs.3000.00 What a great miracle the compassionate Lord showed towards us.
He proved true to his words : ” I WILL NEVER LEAVE U NOR FORSAKE ” , I AM A PRAYER-ANSWERING GOD”. I give all glory and praise to the Lord who heard our prayers and brought us out of the no-hope situation. Thank U Jesus, Love U Jesus.

I was a troubled young woman with heart break that my boyfriend left me,all my relationship in my life was going wrong,when my last boyfriend left i decided i should pray for we have a second chance,i was having a lot of pain and sorrows,we are not back together yet but i feel good through words of God i feel he hears my prayers and i have light heart now,the yesterday word of God was so uplifting i told all of my troubles to lord and i’m so free today,thanks for feeding me with good words from God i still survive today and i’m so hopeful to have him back in my life,may you be blessed for helping spreading good news to people like me. Years ago I was introduced to “Prayers That Avail Much” by a young lady from the church I attended. served on the WORSHIP team together.

Many things have happened in my life since reading this book back in the early 80s. Because of the prayers listed in this book I learned to pray Scriptures. My pastor would always instruct us to speak the word of God first and foremost.
I suffered a stroke in 2014, for a while I struggled to return to who I was before the stroke. But now, I don’t want to return to what I was, I want more of GOD. I began to read this book again today and I know that I know in my knowah, I’m in a sincere intimate relationship with God.

Your Prayers that avail much” series have helped us immensely.
My wife and I have been praying certain prayers from your book for over a year now. Perhaps it was the guidance of the Holy Spirit that led us to ‘stumble’ upon an important piece of information that had the potential to change our lives forever.
We prayed over it and then decided to apply for migration to Australia. This is a long process – it takes around 3 to 4 years to be granted ‘Permanent Resident’ status. Throughout the entire process, we would recite the ‘Finding favour with others’, ‘Rejoice in the Lord’ and ‘Adoration – Hallowed be thy name’ prayers from your book not just once but a number of times daily. We learnt that our victory lay not in ‘begging’ and ‘pleading’ for an answer, but in learning to declare God’s Word aloud over our project and then keep praising God for the answer which was ours by faith.
I am absolutely delighted to inform you that we have just been granted our Australian Permanent Resident (PR) status in a record 9 months!! We have seen with our own eyes the FAVOUR of God and how He has accelerated things for us. We give God all the credit and we acknowledge Him for this GREAT victory.
Throughout the entire process, we found God arranging things, people and circumstances because of which ‘all things (the good and the not so good) worked together for our good’.
Now, we can truly say “This is the Lord’s doing, it is a marvel in our eyes.”

I praise God for this ministry. It is a great resource for me. I visit the CONNECT IN PRAYER everyday for the DAILY PRAYER AND PRAYER SEARCH LINKS. I have done this routine for months before sending in my prayer request concerning a court case. I asked for God to speak for me and He did! I won the case against the Federal Government. I thank God for giving me victory and I thank Ms Germaine and the prayer team for praying with me.

I purchased vol 1 prayers that avail much from the bookstore at church in 2006. I was tired of the dating the wrong type of man. I wanted and deserved my BOAZ!!!! Even when I did not see results I still read the prayer for a single female and spoke him into existence. I am proud to say November 28,2009 I married my Boaz. I gave the book to a friend to use. I have purchased the commemorative edition today.

Couple months ago, I submit a prayer request for the rennovation of my house. Praise the Lord, He answered our prayers.Today, my house is complete. Please continue pray for us(family) to walk closer with our wonderful Lord.

For almost 5 years my husband and I tried to fall pregnant. I went through many treatments and after 2 very stressful IVF`s I went online and asked as many people as possible to pray that the 3 time would be a winner. Thanks to all those people who read my request online and prayed for my pregnancy and safe delivery, we now have our 7 month old miracle in our arms. She is a true image of health and she is the answer to all those prayers. Thank you so much, and most of all, thank God. We intend on trying IVF one last time early 2009, so I will soon again come and ask for your prayers.

Hello Dear Friend and Happy Belated Birthday! I call you “Dear Friend” because you have been such an important part of my life for so very long. I have been teaching at our Ministry Training School this past week on prayer. I shared with them the joy of finding your very first book and how excited I was when I accompanied my husband on a trip to Atlanta. The plan was for me to have time alone to pray while he attended a conference. I had my “Prayers That Avail Much” with me. When I walked to the elevator I saw the sign for Word Ministries Prayers That Avail Much Conference. We knew it was a divine appointment. Vicki Jamison was there ministering words of knowledge through song. The exciting part in seeing her there was that while we were on our honeymoon years before, we went to one of Vicki’s meeting in Los Angeles. I always encourage the students to purchase your books and take them with them where ever they go. My sister-in-law recently emailed to tell me how she pulled out her trusty Prayers That Avail Much when she was facing a very emotional situation. Your books are like old friends! I enjoyed reading your journal. Your comment about hearing someone say that writing is like praying caught my attention. When I first got saved my heart was so strong for missionaries. I used to sit and write out prayers for them, just like in the books. This was in the mid 1970’s. Sometimes I would write 40 letters a week. I am so thankful for your ministry. GOD,the great I AM,HE has deliverd me from alcoahol,pot cocain chewing tabacco,and lust with out HIM, I could have NEVER DONE THIS ON MY OWN.He has blessed me with a wonderful wife and 2 wonderful step children. I submitted a prayer request regarding my husband who has a history of cancer and autoimmune problems. His bleeding has subsided significantly- praise God! and his blood counts have risen a little bit. The Dr. has a wait and see approach. I am believing that he will not have to be on the medication for long – it is very toxic. I am also praying that my husband will seek true Divine Health, letting go of the attitudes and emotions that ensnare him. His eyes will be opened if we continue to pray, saints!
