Daily Prayer “Customize Your Thinking”
Father-God, I choose to learn, understand, and use my mind for success and not failure. I am no longer controlled by mental anguish—depression and anxiety. You created me spirit, soul, and body, and I purpose to renew my mind. I am “always thinking and learning, every moment of every day.”
Your truth is a shining light guiding me in my choices and decisions—the revelation of Your Word makes my pathway clear and helps me choose how I think and feel. I am enfolded into Christ, and I am an entirely new creation. All that is related to the old order has vanished, and everything is fresh and new. When my mind is under attack, I choose to customize my thinking. I will not allow even a little lie into my heart that can permeate my entire belief system.
Thank You for Your compassionate mercy and for lavishing Your forgiveness on me. My thoughts are not like Your thoughts, and my ways are different from Yours. But today, I choose to obey You by aligning my thoughts with Yours. Not my will, but Yours be done in my life. I no longer need to be worried. Instead, I will pray throughout each day, offering You my faith-filled requests with thanksgiving.
I choose to tell You every detail of my life, and Your wonderful peace that transcends human understanding will make the answers known to me through Jesus Christ. I take responsibility for my thought-life and fix my thoughts on all that is authentic and real, honorable, and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. I choose to fasten my thoughts on Your glorious works, praising You, and You will be with me in all things. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, amen.
