Daily Prayer “Divine Strength”
Father, forgive me. I have allowed my thoughts to take me to a dark place, and I’ve never considered renewing my mind or taking control of my thoughts. It never occurred to me that I could align my thoughts with Yours, but Your Word makes it clear that we do not have to think every thought that comes into our minds (2 Cor. 10:4-5).
Once I was blind, but now I can see. Thank You for bringing sight to my blind eyes, and now I can see the wrong perceptions that were contrary to Your Word. The weapons of the war we all fight are not of this world but are powered by God and effective at tearing down the strongholds erected against His truth. I demolish arguments and ideas, every high-and-mighty philosophy that pits itself against the knowledge of the one true God. I take prisoners of every thought, every emotion, and subduing them into obedience to the Anointed One.
Right now, I submit my perceptions, my thoughts, and my emotions to You to be cleansed by the washing of water with the Word. You have not given me a spirit of fear but a spirit of love, power, and a sound mind.
I choose to surrender all that I am to You, and I will be saved from the lies that held me captive.
I exchange my weaknesses for Your strengths in every area of life. Your grace is sufficient for me! Your power is made perfect in my weakness. Because of YOU, I can be my strongest when I feel weakest.
I wait for Yahweh’s grace, and I experience divine strength. I rise up on soaring wings and fly like eagles. I will run my race without growing weary and walk through life without giving up.
I walk out of darkness into the light of Your Word for the “law” of the Spirit of life has liberated me from the “law” of sin and death.
